They say it takes at least 21 days to form a new habit. I know this only because when it comes to exercising I normally keep it up for about 20 days before going on a 6 month hiatus. Something about that 21st day... It is my hope that with this blog, I can become a more consistant exerciser...creatively that is. I promise to post something new every day for the next 21...afterwards, lets just hope the habit sticks.
