sitting ducks

Teaching really has its perks...not the least of which is the fact that I always have a captive audience/group of models to work with! This is so nice...especially when they too are drawing and sitting still.

I also want to send a big THANK YOU out to all of you who visit my blog and the many who comment as well. Lately I haven't been able to surf around as much as normal and say thank you they way I'd like, but I sincerely appreciate your encouragement in my creative journey. You push me to move forward.

I know what you mean about not getting around to comment. I'm making a special effort tonight. Thanks for taking the time to leave visit me too. These are great--so simple yet so full of personality and each is different and specific with their own body language.

Oh, Suzanne, these line drawings are just delicious. You really express so much with line. (And thanks, too, for visiting my blog as well. It's really been a bizarrely busy time lately for so many people, I think. Must be a seasonal thing.)

i really enjoy checking out your blog Suzanne. of these poses I particularly like your line, it looks like once you trace you just go for it and don't look back. that shows such confidence, excellent work!

Darn, these lines are so right, so confident. I know i've said it before -- but you've captured them all so well. I'm a big fan of this stuff.
