in front of the tube

Probably a few too many things going on here: pen, pencil, shadows, annotations, crazy lines, photoshop color... I can't decide if I like it or hate it.

One of the things I love love love about your drawings - the little notes of explanation or comment in them.

It's like we get to see a piece of who you are as an artist, and then as a person. I love it.

Thanks for sharing!

I really like all the details. It's like there's a new focal point each time I look at it. It makes it interesting :)

Of course everyone likes it, it's an awesome little sketch. At least you can say you were productive while sitting in front of the tube, haha. Very nice, as usual!

How do you add color in Photoshop? That's something I would love to learn, if you don't mind explaining.

Hi Julia--- I wish I had a concise answer to your question, but unfortunately I don't. It's a process that I'm learning daily and therefore don't have a direct way of explaining it. I do use a wacom tablet so I have more control of where I am applying color than I would with a mouse.

If you are interested in learning more about Photoshop, I would recommend visiting lynda.com where there are lots of tutorials on how to do different things like this.

Thank you! I'll look that site up.
