lists upon lists upon lists

It seems as though my head is everywhere these days except work. I'm having such a hard time focusing. Case in point...here's what 5 minutes in my mind looks like.
baby list
Why do I have the feeling this list isn't going to get any shorter anytime soon?!?

Welcome to mommyhood - I do that same listing, sometimes at 3am, depending on stress level.

The nicest thing my OB GYN told me after my first baby was "we all have a little carryon (tummy), it's what we did for our babies." ; )

Healthy babies and a great labor and delivery-you are all in my prayers, and will continue to be!

Don't worry about your stomach, it will be fine-seriously. You'd be surprised at how you'll snap back. Not right away, but about 6 weeks later, you'll be feeling MUCH better, I promise!

The lunch part, though-I always worry about that. I LOVE to eat. Love it!

Reminds me of when we were waiting for Gracie- I finally just started mumbling in her general direction (not that I knew where, exactly, Vietnam was in reference to my positions at all times...), since it felt like 99% of the time I was thinking about her and what she was doing and how she was and everything like that. So I just started TALKING to her (not around other people, just when I was alone and thinking about her a lot). It made me seem crazy, but it helped ;)

At least the main items on your list involve babies, which is a super amazing fantastic thing. So look at it like this, at least your list is a list of super amazing things to come and new inspiration! : ) And them babies are gonna be super healthy cause your in everyones thoughts and prayers.

O, the joys of pregnancy.
Fun list though.
My mother's remedy for stomach care:
Olive oil every night on the belly and a white cotton t-shirt...every night.
I did it with my first one, Belly survived beautifully.
The baby...( babies)will enjoy the massage and if you add some pepper and herbs to the oil with some of your freshly baked bread, you have a great bedtime snack, easy.
Always wanted to learn how to bake bread...
Love your happiness-v. harvey

Ok. I just saw the last few posts and I'm just going to HAVE to comment on a few!! Lists...I am Virgo (Empress of Lists). I can *so* emphatize!! Writing down helps to take the lists outside of our mind and actualize them. I also love to write them on my smart phone...there is a super-useful app called Action Complete that saved my life. You have to do's, goals AND projects. And reminders that don't shut up until you complete the task or snooze Jby hours, or days). My nagging assistant! Yay!
I like this approach of insight of your brain...interesting read into the mind of the artist. I know we think differently...would be fun to document. Hmmmm....you got me thinking. To the lists of possible posts! :D love! Miti
